Overmolding metal parts with plastic injection parts is one of Asytec's strength. Its injection molding factory in China is fitted with vertical plastic injection machine and injection moulds dedicated specially to plastic injection overmolding.

BI-COMPONENT OVERMOULDED PLASTIC parts (plastic over metal )

Overmolded Injected parts allows to propose achieving technical parts using two-component (plastic over metal).

- plastic material overmoulded on a metal part or metal sheet

- insert or nut (stainless steel, aluminum, brass) overmolded in a plastic part to ensure a perfect functionality

bi-material overmoulded plastic parts (plastic over plastic)

Overmolding plastic over plastic allows to obtain plastic injection parts two-material at lower cost even for small quantities

- soft gradeplastic overmolded on a rigid basis (soft touch for grips)

- overmolding two different types of rigid plastic grades
